Our team has vast experience and knowledge in all types of events including gala days, music festivals, equestrian events, triathlons, cycle events and charitable events, Each event is unique and our services are tailored to your needs, from the first point of contact you will be assigned an event manager who from the early planning stages to on the day and even after the event is finished will be your point of contact giving you the personalised experience we offer to all our customers, If you choose to contract us to your event then your event manager will be contactable 24/7 right up to the event day meaning we are available for any last minute changes and can adapt quickly to suit your needs, We are fully insured and proof of insurance can be supplied upon request.
What can we provide?
Medical Managers: Our medical managers are the point of contact for your event from the early planning stages to on the day who will plan, oversee and co-ordinate the events healthcare services and will manage the medical teams on the day.
Medical Controllers: Our medical controllers will be in charge of receiving any call for assistance from other event partners such as Police or Security within a control room environment and will dispatch the most appropriate resource depending on the nature of the incident.
First Aiders: Our first aiders are trained in Event First Aid, Manual handling, Basic life support and the use of Automated External Defibrillators. Our First Aiders are trained to recognise major illnesses, traumatic injuries and the need for spinal immobilisation.
First Responders: Our first responders have additional skills to our first aiders including the ability to take and understand patient observations, airway management, early treatment of traumatic injuries and can administer Oxygen and Entonox (pain relieving medication).
Cycle response units: Our cycle response teams are trained to a minimum of first responder level, taking intermediate care to the patient in more remote areas of an event quickly. This ensures that the patient can be effectively assessed and discharged or further assistance can be requested if it is required preventing the need for a vehicle to attend unnecessarily
Nurses: Our Nurses and Advanced Nurse Practitioners are Health Care Professionals registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. They are able to provide advanced care which can include wound gluing and suturing.
Technicians: Our technicians have additional skill to our first responders such as intermediate assessment skills, treatment of traumatic injuries, treatment of major illnesses and administration of medication.
Paramedics: Health Care Professionals registered with HCPC (Health Care Professions Council). Paramedics bring the hospital into the field with enhanced patient assessment, cannulation, drug therapy, Advanced Life Support, Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support, some surgical techniques and are able to administer advanced medication on their own initiative.
Doctor: Health Care Professionals registered with the General Medical Council. Doctors are able to provide expert advice and care with enhanced patient assessment, prescription services, Advanced Life Support, Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support, some surgical techniques and are able to administer advanced medication on their own initiative.
We also can provide fully crewed & kitted A&E ambulances and RRU's (Rapid Response Units)
